Ancient Fairytale Borgo
In the peacefulness of the Roman countryside, an ancient Borgo greets its guests in a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Surrounded by luscious parks, although only twenty minutes away from the centre of Rome, the castle used to be an ancient transit station for those travelling on the Via Cassia . Probably one of the many properties of the Chigi, who may have it rebuilt or restored in ‘600, on a previous structure of possible medieval origin. It was later occupied by Valdambrini in ‘700 and Sili nell”800, families of renters Chigi.
The complex, as well as a central building with several rooms by wooden ceilings, terracotta floors, antique fireplaces topped with coats of arms, a play of interior stairs, also consists of a crenellated tower, with the same decorative arches of the Castle Square Caraffa . Then there are cellars, warehouses, pigsties, stables, riding stables, fountains, two ancient wells, a wood stove.
Above all inside the ancient Borgo, there is a wonderful ancient and circular Chapel , where you can celebrate enchanting private weddings, in a magig fairy-tale atmosphere. Is also available the romantic suite for the bride and groom, where the bride can prepare for the ceremony and where the couple will be able to sleep the first wedding night. Today the estate extends itself over an area of 20 hectares of green landscapes and secular parks which include a tennis court, a riding ground with its stables and an outdoor swimming pool that is heated in the winter season.
The estate’s gardens are a perfect setting for outdoor wedding ceremonies and festivities, and can welcome up to 180 guests during the summer season. The imposing tower overlooks the master villa that can accommodate from 50 to 180 guests in its four banquet halls adorned with ancient fireplaces and elegant furnishings. The estate is a perfect venue for meetings, conventions and private parties; the villa’s two suites and eight mini-suites supply additional comfort for overnight residents or guests.
The guests can relax in the ten suite with marble bats, refrigerators and a wonderful breakfast closet o the pool. Within the Castle grounds lies the ancient tavern house, which dates back to the 15th Century. Equipped with a private entrance and parking area, the living rooms may easily welcome up to sixty guests. The surrounding gardens withe property grounds offer ample parking space for up to 300 vehicles. The surrounding gardens with luscious vegetation and the adjacent terraces are the perfect setting for outdoor luncheons and brunches.

Ancient Country Relais
Once an ancient property of the Odescalchi princes, the Relais currently welcomes events and exclusive gatherings in its stylish living rooms and generous external spaces. The estate, a few kilometers away from Rome, is framed by the harmonious hills which separate lakes Bracciano and Martignano from the Sabatini mountains. This green haven was once home to the Romans who, in ancient times, chose to spend long periods of leisure in their villas, far away from the city’s frenzy. Presently the vestiges of these ancient buildings, dating back to the epoch of Settimino Severo, may still be perceived as they are scattered throughout the countryside.
The Tenuta di Ripolo dates back to the 17th Century and was a game-preserve, before the Odescalchi princes took residence. Nowadays, after a radical restructuring on behalf of the architect and present owner who selected ancient tuff and multicolored stones from antique Etruscan caves as principal materials for its restoration, Ripolo successfully welcomes meetings and selected wedding receptions. The master villa is divided into four stylish halls, elegantly decorated with ancient furniture and gigantic fireplaces that create a waratmosphere for a maximum of five hundred guests.
The outdoor spaces may welcome around seven hundred guests. Three hundred and fifty guests may in fact be seated around the baroque swimming pool which is adorned by a spectacular statue from the Bernini school. Built by the Orsini family in 1470 around an old medieval fortress. Five hundred years of history continue to live in the halls and gardens, the location was built in the second half of the ‘400 around the oldest medieval fortress.…..The Castle has covered and outdoor areas for exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

Golf Course Castle
The property built on the site of a tower of 1100, ‘is located in the green, a step away from the center of Rome, and ‘was then expanded during the Middle Ages. The main facade and ‘flanked by two square towers with battlements. There are fountains depicting nymphs and sarcophagi with written in Latin, and inside the castle there ‘a cloister of the’ 400 with vaulted arches, columns and capitals of granite, topped by a loggia with arches and pillars. Guests can relax in the six exclusive suites, all independent with private lounges and marble bathrooms, satellite TV, air conditioning and refrigerator.
